Teresa is amazing! Teresa helped us about 7 years ago for the first time in purchasing our condo and we had such a great experience with her that when we decided we wanted to purchase a single family home we knew she was the right person to help us again! Teresa listened to what we wanted and needed in our new home while also helping us sell our condo which included providing important information and feedback on how to get our condo to sell for top dollar. Once our condo was under contract, within about a week, the search began for our new home. Teresa made sure that we were getting information on all available properties within our search criteria, was very responsive to our questions and scheduling of showings. Once we found our dream home Teresa was on top of it to get our offer in and communicated constantly with the selling party to make sure the process went smooth. Teresa made this whole process of selling and buying as smooth as could be especially with us also planning a wedding and expecting a new one.
