Built From the Ground Up
I began my adult life with a hammer in hand—literally. After earning my B.S. in Architecture and Art History, I completed a Carpenter Apprenticeship and became a Journeyman Carpenter with Local 314 of the Carpenters Union.
That hands-on education taught me construction from the inside out. So when I say a home has good bones or that removing a wall would open up the space beautifully, it’s because I’ve built them—from the foundation up.
Design Meets Real Estate
My love of architecture and design led me to pursue professional certifications that sharpened my eye for detail and possibility. I can see beyond the surface—to spot the gems in the marketplace that others might overlook.
Whether it’s identifying a home with strong potential or recognizing which improvements will make the biggest impact, I help clients see the story behind every structure.
I’m especially drawn to architecturally significant homes. Even when they’re not for sale, I’ll make time to tour and study them. Personally, I’m a soft spot for a Mid-Century Rambler buried under a 1980s remodel—those are true diamonds in the rough, and I love helping them shine again.
